My family relocated to Hatteras in 2001 from Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2003 , I received my real estate license and began working for Midgett Realty. We had an wonderful experience with Suzie. She is an amazing realtor who is extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to her client’s needs and requests. She is always available and quick to respond to any inquiry or work through any issue. Never overbearing, her subtle and friendly manner is refreshing and made the entire home buying process easy and positive. We would recommend her over and over again!

Suzie is the absolutely perfect realtor; we cannot recommend her highly enough!! She was always available night and day and always answered our questions quickly. She was patient as we drove up and down the OBX on multiple occasions. She had so much ancillary information of the properties and areas that helped determine if the house was right for us. Her attention to detail was impeccable as she found issues with houses that we missed or overlooked. Suzie always had our best interest in mind and made us feel as we were her only clients. She worked hard to get information from difficult sellers/realtors and always had our backs. You will not find a better Realtor than Suzie Scholten!!
