I am a native to the area, attending grammar school in North Stonington, High School in Ledyard and College at UCONN in West Hartford. Having lived here my entire life, I have seen the job and housing markets go through many challenges and changes and that knowledge and experience has proven itself to be very valuable to my clients.

I was very blessed to have married my best friend and have 2 beautiful boys with a very large age gap of 23 years between them. I am proof that its never too late, and I use this attitude when working with all my clients. I have met the most amazing people and have assisted many of them through some pretty rough waters to their happy ending. I don't give up and am determined to make the deal happen. I don't easily throw in the towel and anyone who has worked with me will tell you that no matter how difficult the transaction may get, I will make sure they close.

I work in a very wide range of real estate, from Commercial, to Bank Owned (Fannie Mae mostly), Auction properties, Short Sales, VA and general purchase and sales. I work very well with first time home buyers, helping them to understand each step of the home buying process with clarity, making sure that ALL of their questions are answered. I encourage questions and phone calls or texts. I want them to be comfortable every step of the way.

I do a lot of work with Investors who like purchasing bank owned properties through auctions and I have done a lot of short sales on both buyer and seller ends. Short Sales are not so bad as long as you have a Realtor who is familiar with the process. I can give you the good bad and ugly on the process, just ask.
