Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Sylvia relocated to Cincinnati after college to work for Procter & Gamble. After 17 years working in consumer research, she left the corporate world to focus on real estate, partnering with her in-laws, who have managed a successful Cincinnati real estate business for more than 40 years.

Sylvia's wide-ranging background in consumer behavior enhanced her consummate communication skills, which focus on questioning and listening to understand. This approach allows her to help her clients truly develop and articulate their specific needs and wants to achieve their real estate goals.

Whether buying, selling, or investing in real estate, the process and accompanying paperwork can sometimes be overwhelming. Sylvia utilizes her experience, professionalism, and proven processes to help people skillfully navigate the process. Her personal experience as a real estate investor provides her with not only insight, but also a vast network of resources and knowledge to advise those wishing to build wealth through real estate.

Perhaps most notably, Sylvia seeks to develop long-term relationships with her clients as a trusted real estate advisor. Sylvia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida A&M University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Xavier University. She holds a variety of professional memberships, including with the Cincinnati Board of Realtors, Ohio Board of Realtors, and the Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. She has been recognized many times with the President's Club Award, is certified as a Professional Property Stager and earned a designation as a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

When she is not helping clients buy, sell, or invest in real estate, Sylvia is spending time with her husband and three daughters. She is active in her community, as a parent representative at Walnut Hills High School. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and reading.
