About Sylvia

As a lifelong resident of Dallas and a current resident of University Park, Sylvia Scott shares with her clients her extensive knowledge of several Dallas-area markets — a significant advantage for them, whether buying or selling.

With more than a decade of real-estate experience, both commercial and residential, Sylvia has honed her negotiation and management skills to provide her clients with excellent customer service and effective communication. As a multimillion-dollar producer year after year, Sylvia stays current on area market trends. She sources off-market opportunities for her clients and, as a member of a networking group of area agents, has firsthand knowledge of home, business, and investment opportunities. Sylvia is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and has earned top-producer honors for her office. She has also been named one of the Best Residential Real Estate Agents in Dallas in D Magazine.

Sylvia graduated from the Ursuline Academy of Dallas and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Trinity University in San Antonio. She lives with her husband — a lifelong Park Cities resident who is in the commercial real-estate business — and their two children. Her memberships and volunteerism have included Interfaith Family Services, the Women’s Auxiliary to Children’s Medical Center, Highland Park United Methodist Church, Highland Park High School, and the National Charity League, where she is a board member.
