About Szymon

Szymon Elmore (pronounced Simon) started with the Premier Group of Long & Foster in December 2020, but he is not a new face in the industry as he started his real estate career with Long & Foster in 2009. His interest in real estate started at an early age when he emigrated from Poland with his parents and saw that they were able to achieve their “American Dream” by purchasing their first home only after a year of living here. Szymon’s passion for real estate continued as he held his first job as an Office Assistant at Seneca Realty in Germantown, MD.

Szymon grew up in Damascus, MD and graduated from Linganore High School in 2001. He went to Mount St. Mary’s University and earned a degree in Business Administration in 2005. Szymon also has a graduate degree from UMUC in HR Management. Szymon has worked in many fields as a staffing recruiter, corporate paralegal, and even a corrections officer! As you can see, he is a jack-of-all-trades, and his past careers help shape who is today as a realtor building on those skills to work with diverse clients and with varying needs.

Szymon resides in the Lake Linganore area of New Market with his husband and their three young children. The Elmore’s are former foster parents who have cared for several vulnerable children in Maryland. Szymon’s two passions are real estate and working with children. He still works with youth in the child welfare system by volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Frederick and Carroll Counties.

He brings compassion, extraordinary care, and goes above-and-beyond for every client of the Premier Group. His business is based on integrity and strong work ethic. He works hard for his clients, helps clients reach goals they might think are out of reach, and advises with expertise to create smooth transactions. Strong customer service skills and social personality help Szymon build meaningful relationships not only with clients, but everyone involved in every transaction he works on.
