TC was fantastic for our transition from Lake Stevens back to Snohomish. We always knew he was directing us in the best possible direction and always was trying to get the most for us on our sale as well as anything he could pull on the purchase of our new house. My wife and I had been trying to sell our home of 35 years with another realtor for 6 months in a very strong sellers market. The house was very unique (earth sheltered, owner built …) and required a lot of technical explanation to a prospective buyer. We took the house off the market to wait for a better time to sell. TC saw it come off and gave us a call. We asked for a proposal for selling it and his was the best of the 5 we got.
His marketing strategy was aggressive and on point for the house. He not only gave a very high quality video fly through of the house and yard for the on line shoppers, he also put up descriptions of the unique features of the house throughout the house. He even found pictures of the mill we had gotten the exposed 12x22 beams from. We raised the price and had a full price offer in a week.
TC and his team were wonderful to work with throughout the process. He took the time to learn about the house and our expectations and made the whole process a whole lot easier on us. It was such a pleasure to work with all of his people that I have gone back to him for the purchase of another property. I’ve been on both sides of the real estate business with TC and company and would go to him first again.
