About Tabitha

I am a wife and a mom who has moved more than 9 times–including four moves in 4 years! I have flipped two primary residences, own a rental, lived in the middle of construction nightmares, and relocated my family two hours away–including moving my daughter as she went into her junior year of high school. Oh my! Needless to say, I’ve learned a lot about real estate through life experience, as well as years on the job.

I understand the transitions that happen as family needs change. I also know the emotions involved and the stress of feeling like you are holding your breath, waiting to take the next step. Being able to light the path and cushion the obstacles for a client while offering encouragement and support throughout the journey is what motivates me every day.

With a background in psychology and roots in education, I am a service-focused Realtor who strives to help those around me learn, grow, and accomplish their goals. Always seeking to learn and grow myself, I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), as well as certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS). Being an ambassador for the areas I service and helping others find home in their communities is a critical part of who I am, far beyond only what I do for my profession.

Home is a word with many connotations and even more feelings involved. All of this can make figuring out your next moves complicated and messy. Therefore, I am also a listening ear and a consultant, who is willing to say “buying or selling may not be the best choice for you”, brainstorm other options and connect you with different resources when those would be better.
