I would highly recommend Taimi for any Real Estate needs. We live in another state and were thinking of retiring to FL. My husband and I found a house on Zillow on a Thursday, contacted Taimi on Friday and set up a time for a showing on Saturday that our friends could go and look at the house for us. She helped us make an offer Sat. nite and she stayed up late to do so. Got the contract signed by the sellers on Sunday and helped me with wiring the escrow on Monday. And helped us find a home inspector on Monday. Very quick response time to all my questions about buying a home. Would definitely use Taimi services again. And we gained a friend!

Taimi answered the phone when I called to inquire about a property for sale on the Internet. And I feel like I was lucky she did, as she was very prompt in answering my questions about the property. I quickly made an offer and she sent this on to the seller immediately. We had an answer within hours, I pretty much told her how much we had to spend, when she went to bat for us with the seller, even though she was sure to lose some on her commission. She kept us informed through the whole transaction and I have to say I am very pleased with her professionalism and how she acted in our behalf. We would not have gotten this property if she had not been our advocate. Highly recommended realtor.

If there was a ten star rating I would definitely give it to Taimi Guillot. Of all the real estate agents I spoke to and dealt with she was the most knowledgeable and sincere one I've met.
