Tameka is an amazing realtor, and that doesn't really do enough to describe how amazing she is. She is heavily involved with her client's transaction from contract to closing. She is a zealous advocate on behalf of her clients, and more importantly she gets stuff done, gets properties sold, which makes all parties happy in the process.

First of all, there are NOT enough stars for me to give Tameka!!
But I will share our story so that you can experience the excellence that she operates in!

Tameka was referred to us by our lender and immediately we had reservations about being 'set up'.. and we were! SET UP FOR THE BEST possible experience we could have ever imagined!

She came to our home to do a professional assessment of the property and to listen and learn of our needs, likes/dislikes. BEFORE we even signed and agreement for her services, we even had a Q/A session to clear up any concerns!! WOW! The next phase was preparing the property for sale. Her expertise and suggestions were in line with current market trends and made everything seamless! SO MUCH SO that our home had a contract and sold within 3 weeks of being on the market!! WHO DOES THAT??? Tameka Lewis Madkins!!

NOW, she also had double duty! We were buying another home at the same time as selling our current home. She had become so intuned with our likes and dislikes, she could choose properties for us to see and was NOT wrong! That's some serious service!!!!

Let me also mention that Tameka is a GREAT educator! She not only answers your questions, she educates you on the question! I have learned a great deal about the industry and gained some character traits watching her handle obstacles and challenges!

BOTTOM line is this, IF you want a professional that is serious about their craft and KNOWS the market inside out, HIRE HER, with the quickness and being too slow will cost YOU.

It was more than pleasure to work with Tameka to purchase my new home.
