I don’t even know where to begin with how AMAZING of a realtor Tami is. From the second my husband and I started searching for our forever home, she has been nothing but exceptional. I have known Tami for 14 years, and when we began looking for a home, I knew that she was the person to reach out to. I already knew that she was a fantastic realtor, and when we began working with her she blew us away even more with her knowledge, communication, and commitment to finding us our home.

We began looking for our first and forever home during an extremely tough time in the market and put in many offers with no luck, but none of this stopped her and her positivity in finding our home. There were moments where we all felt the losses, and she would check in with us and reassure us that she would find us our forever home, which she did!!!

We were also first time homebuyers, where she answered any and all of our (many) questions. She is so knowledgeable about home features, who to contact regarding anything you may see in a home, and will even go to the town you are looking in to pull paperwork on a home to make sure your questions are answered. She is extremely responsive, and will answer your questions at any time of the day. Her knowledge in answering all of our questions and promptness made the homebuying process comfortable and made us feel prepared as we got to the closing table.

With the journey we had in one of the craziest times in the housing market of increased prices and high interest rates, Tami continued to listen to what we were looking for and made sure we didn’t settle, pushed and communicated for with us and for us, and truly cares about you, your goals, and what she does. She will do anything and everything to find you EXACTLY what you are looking for, has your best interests at heart, and is family to us. Tami is honest, caring, trustworthy, professional, responsive, and 1000% the person you want representing you at the closing table!!

Tami, is by far an amazingly hardworking realtor!! She not only listens to everything but she hears you too! She always kept a happy positive vibe, which made us feel really comfortable. When it comes to Tami Hoxhallari, I do not even know where to begin. She has to be the hardest working realtor in the world, and I doubt there is someone else who loves real estate more than she does. When I first met her, I was looking for a realtor to list my condo. When Tami came to check it out, she was a true professional. She was very organized and broke everything down for me. She came prepared with comps, information and answered any question that I had. Tami takes pride in her craft, and it shows. She had a professional photographer take listing pictures that even came with a website (who else does that!?). On the day the photos were schedule, she even helped me straighten up and tidy the place before the photographer arrived. Within hours of it being posted on the MLS, there were plenty of scheduled showings. In less than 24 hours, there were multiple offers. On the second day, I accepted an offer and was under contract above the list price! Just to mention how hard she works, while on vacation, she was still handling the arrangements and everything else that went on with the sale.

During the condo closing, Tami was helping me look for a new home to purchase. We had to look at well over 50 homes before finding the right one. Tami is entirely knowledgeable about what she does. She would point out things that I would overlook and would break it down in a way that I could understand. Any question I had (and I had many), she answered them. With her, there was no such thing as a dumb question. She is VERY responsive, and even though I know she has so many other clients, she makes me feel as if I’m her only one. I never feel like a burden when I’m asking to see a house or had a question. I trust Tami completely, there were several times I was not able to view a home because of my busy work schedule, and she would go to see it and FaceTimed me. She has a real passion for what she does, and she only wants the absolute best for her clients!

After seeing so many houses and coming up short, I started to feel defeated and settle. Thank goodness I had Tami as my realtor because she would not allow that. She knew my standards and assured me she would find me the perfect home, which she did! Tami delivered on her promise, and I can not thank her enough. I could go on and on about how amazing Tami Hoxhallari is. Still, if you’re looking for someone extremely knowledgeable, professional, and has your best interest at heart, she’s the person for you. Throughout this whole home buying and selling journey, not only did I find a great agent for future homes to buy/sell/rent, but I also made a great friend who’s like family now! Win-win!

It took us months until we were able to find our house. We were so glad that Tammy was there for us when it was time to sell our family home. It was a hot market and Tammy is out in front of things and helped us get the most for our home. She was very responsive to our questions and was available every time we needed anything she also had good sources to remedy some of the things that needed to be done in order to complete the sale of our home.
