Could not possibly recommend Tami more highly. She was prompt, kind, professional, communicative, and went well above the call of duty. I was a fairly small sale and I was never made to feel like my time was less valuable. In addition, she really heard what I was looking for and made it happen within the time frame I needed. When we decided to purchase a home in Spokane WA, from the opposite side of the country, we knew we would be depending heavily on a realtor. We contacted a few different realtors, but as soon as we spoke to Tami Montoya, we knew she was the one for us. First impressions did not disappoint!

Tami spent days showing us homes during our several visits to Spokane, guided us through a lot of long distance online searching in between, and stayed in regular contact throughout the entire process. She was an indispensable source of advice about Spokane to us out-of-towners. We are confident we chose the right home because of her.

Once we found THE HOUSE, she was "on top" of the purchase from contract to complicated closing.

Recently did a sell and purchase agreement with Tami and she is by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She was able to sell our home in less than 24 hours for what I was asking and she helped find and negotiate a great price on my new home. She was always available every step of the way and even offered to help with the move, if needed. Buying or selling a home is stressful and she managed to make it a great experience.

I’d like to express my thanks to our realtor Tami Montoya for helping us multiple times with the purchase and sale of our properties. About three years ago, we dreaded the idea of trying to buy a home and sell the home we were in at about the same time. Tami helped us get into our new dream home and sell the home we were in with very little stress. She even set us up with an incredibly good mortgage company that made everything go smoothly. After I retired, life’s circumstances threw a big curve ball at us and we had to sell the beautiful home that Tami helped us buy and move to another state. Tami helped us find another realtor to buy a new home in the other state and sold our dream home faster than we thought would be possible. I stumbled upon Tami Montoya at Keller Williams Realty-Spokane while browsing houses on Zillow. I saw a house I absolutely LOVED that had been pending, so I submitted a contact form to ask what that meant. Tami called and texted me immediately after submitting the form! We spoke on the phone about the property in question and she answered all my questions very thoroughly and helped me to understand the real estate “lingo” since I know nothing about real estate! We ended up talking about my goals and what I’m searching for as a first time homebuyer. I felt comfortable speaking with Tami the second I heard her voice. She is so easy to talk to, friendly, personable, patient, and so knowledgeable! She quickly got me set up on the HomeSnap app and her website so I could easily browse through listings. Within a few days I was looking at houses and putting in an offer. Less than one month later and I’m a first time homeowner! I wrote a quick email to tell her about what we needed in an agent, and she wrote back right away. We arranged a time to chat on the phone. She was able to show us a lot of houses the weekend that we were able to come up to Spokane. She even made time for us to see one that wasn't on our list. That was the house for us.
