Tami is absolutely amazing. She helped us buy our first home almost 8 years ago. As first time buyers she was so professional, educational and helpful during that process. When the time came to sell that house, she was the only person we would trust to sell the house for us. Just like the first time working with her, she was amazing. She is so knowledgeable and made sure we understood the process as sellers. She is an excellent communicator, listener and straightforward. I could not recommend Tami enough for all of your real estate needs. She will make the process of buying or selling a home, as stress free and seamless as possible. There is no-one else that I would work with.

Tami has been my agent twice in the past 3 years, and she's been amazing. She is straightforward, knowledgeable, honest which I find so important in an agent.

Update: Tami has now been my agent 3 times in the past 4 years. I cannot say enough good things about Tami. She genuine and honest which are such important qualities in a good realtor. We were able to close on rental home. She always gave her utmost honest opinion. Anytime we viewed a home she would always point out things that were both pros and cons of a house.
Again, Tami is my go to realtor in Lodi. I highly highly recommend!

We had our property on the market with 2 realtors and had bad experiences with both. We decided to go with a broker rather than a another realtor because brokers are more career orientated than just a job. When we initially talked to Tami we were concerned about her background in selling high end country property. She listened to what we went through with the other realtors and to reassure us she brought on a colleague to work with her. We were very impressed with both of them. About 3 months into our contract our property value dropped in half due to a person trying to buy a parcel down the road from us. Because of what this person wanted to do with the property every home within 5 miles would see a loss in their value. We decided to take our property off the market while we fought the sale. It took almost a year until we won and stopped the sale. During that time Tami not only understood and put our contract on hold but kept in touch constantly with friendship and encouragement. After the mess was finally resolved she really went over and above with advertising our properly. We couldn't have asked for a better broker that Tami. Not only did she complete the sale of our property to our expectations but has become a life long friend and part ofour family.

Tami is a great agent very professional.When we bought our house in Tower Park we were living in Colorado, she took many pictures of the house and had it inspected she took care of all the negotiations with the bank. Once we moved in the house need some minor repairs and she recommended a great contractor. Since we moved to Tower Park she has helped us sell 2 homes in Colorado. As far as I am concerned Tami is the best real estate I have seen in the many homes that I have sold. I recommend her to every one that need a agent.
