Tami Wiitala

Tami's introduction to the world of real estate began in 2003 when she was hired by a successful team as a Buyer’s Agent with RE/MAX in Bellevue. Over several years she gained a broad range of knowledge and skill which translated into a larger role as an educator and was asked to become the lead presenter for real estate seminars sponsored by major banks and mortgage companies in the area. She thoroughly enjoyed training others to become highly educated buyers and sellers and this drive to empower consumers was the very springboard to start her own brand. Tami made her journey to Hallmark in Kirkland, where she grew her skill set and expanded her sales range from single family homes to investors. With this further knowledge she was up for the new challenge of being licensed in two states and chose Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Known for its brisk market and sophisticated culture, she adapted to the demand of the Coeur d'Alene clientele, and her buyer-based articles have been published in the "North Idaho Real Estate" Magazine. Tami lives in the Seattle area and has guided many through the changes in our market over the last eighteen years. She has a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals and makes it her mission to supply exemplary service to each client.
