She treats my home as if she was living in there. The littlest things I think are not big deal (cosmetic) she thinks it is and gets it fixed and updated for me immediately. I was in the process of selling my home and everything was going smooth until I needed a licensed contractor to provide me a quote and bid to complete the work at my home. I was on a very tight timeframe and needed someone immediately. I reached out to Tamika because at a prior event she had a conversation with me about her business. I explained to her what was going on. She not only found a licensed contractor for me, I received the quote and bid, presented it to my realtor and lawyer, the buyer realtor and lawyer and the village. This was the last piece I needed to complete the sale of my home. Had she not helped me in my time of need I probably would’ve been able to sell my home.
