Tammy is very responsive to our requests. She cares about customers' individual needs and even go beyond what she's supposed to do. For example, after she is aware of our location preference, she would knock on certain neighborhood's doors and search for potential sellers for us. I started my house hunt with two glaringly negative experiences with other realtors, so it is difficult even to express how much of a relief and a blessing Tammi Freund's help was in finding and buying my dream home. Apparently third time IS the charm! I found Tammi through Agent Qualifier (a website that matches home buyers with their ideal realtor), and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect match if I built one out of wishes and dreams. Tammi listened to my wants, needs, and concerns, and she answered all of my questions. She was smart and kind enough to let me know when she needed to do some more research before answering any questions to which she did not know the answer with 100% surety. She was on-the-ball, she delivered on all of her promises, and I can not imagine it is possible for a person to be more knowledgable about the area than Tammi. She found me exactly the right house in exactly the right spot for exactly the right price. She never pressured me to go over-budget, which I really appreciated, and she did not treat me with any lower priority because my budget was relatively low. It is absolutely clear that Tammi cares about people and about how their home should fit into their lives. It is a big, important decision! For most people, it is the biggest financial decision they will ever make. She seems to understand that better than anyone else I talked to throughout my home buying process. I am thrilled that she is likely to be my neighbor now for a long time to come, and she will certainly be my realtor for all real-estate transactions I make in the future.
