I just closed on a townhouse here in Raleigh yesterday. It's hard to put into words how amazing Tammi was to work with throughout this process. During the difficult time of finding new listings and seeing them ASAP Tammi was right there on very short notice again and again. The townhouse market in North Raleigh is extremely limited right now and often a good townhouse sells in 2 or 3 days of being listed. Tammi and I looked at many properties and she put in offers on 3 different places for me before we got lucky on the 3rd unit. There is a LOT of paperwork involved in making an offer and Tammi got that paperwork done extremely fast each time. Her professionalism and constant support throughout this process has been tremendous. I can't imagine going through this purchase without her. I would probably still be renting!

I worked with Tammi Knapp. She was extremely responsive and acted quickly. She helped me find a home that suited all of my wants and needs within my price range and negotiated well for me. I would suggest Tammi if you want somebody who's easy to get ahold of and willing to make trips out to houses with you even if you ask at the last minute, shes flexible, honest and has a deep knowledge of all things real estate.
