She came prepared from day one, showing her local knowledge and responsiveness to our questions and concerns. Working with four co-trustees during two property sales could not have been easier on our end. She responded to every question immediately. She was honest about pricing, kept us up to date on every aspect of the showings, comments from prospective buyers and the sale. With weekly updates on both properties and previews of all ads, we felt informed and a part of the process.
