With over three decades of experience in the Outer Banks, I bring a comprehensive understanding of new home construction, real estate sales, and brokerage. My journey began in 1991 working for a premier builder, developer, and sales firm in Corolla, where I eventually became a partner in 1998. In 2001, I transitioned full-time into real estate sales, consistently ranking as one of the top listing and sales brokers on the Outer Banks.
In 2011, I joined SAGA Realty & Construction as Principal Broker in Charge. I take pride in leading a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional customer service. My industry knowledge, cheerful outlook, and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction have earned me the respect and praise of clients and colleagues alike.
I hold several professional designations, including ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, E-pro, and GRI, reflecting my commitment to ongoing education and excellence in real estate. I am passionate about helping diverse clients achieve their goals and enjoy sharing my extensive construction knowledge.
I was honored to be named the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year with the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS®, an accolade I cherish as a recognition of my colleagues’ respect and support.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am actively involved in the local real estate community. I serve on the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, having held roles as Director at Large and Secretary. I also served as Committee Chair for the MLS Committee during a challenging period and continue my service today. Additionally, I am a member of the Professional Standards Committee and serve as Chair for the Annual Surf Fishing Tournament.
In my personal life, I enjoy competing in Outer Banks fishing tournaments, surf fishing on our beautiful beaches, and spending quality time with my son. I am passionate about cooking, gardening, and singing in the Outer Banks Chorus.
