Tammy Berendts

Tammy Berendts is a long-time resident of Park County. A background in real estate and the State Cadastral System made it an easy transition into the interesting career of real estate. Having purchased, remodeled, and improved several properties over the years gave her the insight to assist others in following their dreams of home ownership, whether it an existing home or land to build upon. Buyers and sellers find her expertise valuable when pricing, marketing and negotiating through their real estate needs.

Living and working in an area that has exposed her to multiple outdoor activities - such as fishing the area streams, bird hunting in the foothills of the mountains and cross country skiing - all adds to the enjoyment received by matching buyers and sellers with each other to experience the unique lifestyle that their area offers. Tammy is familiar with Park County and its diligent residents, both young and old. She participates in the Multiple Sclerosis Society fundraisers annually, and she also contributes to local events and charities throughout the community. In her spare time, she enjoys oil and watercolor painting and has recently begun working with molding clay to produce bronze sculptures.
