Tammy and Steve were wonderful to work with. When we first initiated contact they took the time to get to know us and find out exactly what we were looking for and hoping for when we moved to Suffolk, VA. They connected us with a selling agent to sell our home in SC and Tammy checked in through that whole process and saved me from many meltdowns! Tammy and Steve are both very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kind and personable. We are very thankful that we had them on our side during the whole process. I will recommend them to any and all that are looking to buy/sell!

Tammy and Steve have been great to work with both in finding a new home and selling our house. They are both very knowledgeable and responsive. Tammy is like the local Amazon of real estate in her connections for various contractors – I deeply appreciate her fund of knowledge and her extensive contacts for all things house related. Tammy and Steve are both very kind and patient, and took extra time to go over all the detailed questions I had about each house we considered buying and about everything related to selling our house. Steve is an appraiser, and his appraising skills came in extremely handy in considering fair offers for various houses we looked at. I give them both my highest recommendation.

My experience with Tammy Bunch was AWESOME! She came highly recommended & I know why. From the beginning she was patient, informative & a generous professional. For selling my 1st home she held my hand when I needed. She made sure it was the smoothest transaction ever. She went above & beyond her commission to ensure my experience was iconic. I trusted her insights, the recommended value of the property & her instructions on the process. She was able to recommend repairs & expert quotes. I have interacted with many realtors and I am thankful that I chose to work with Tammy Bunch. Living out of town, I didn't have to worry about technician appointments or making sure the property was safe and we got full asking price! She was an outstanding realtor that I fully recommend.

My husband and I bought our first house and we couldn’t have done it without Tammy and Steve Bunch from Bunch Realty. The Bunches provided a customer service experience unlike any other—one of the best examples of professionalism, expertise, client relations and fun. We know the Bunches have other clients, but we always felt like we were their only ones because of how present and invested they were in our search. Tammy and Steve took time to listen to us, learn about our needs and preferences and helped us cast a vision every time we stepped into a house. They are extremely knowledgeable of the real estate industry, home buying process and the ins and outs of homes. They offered guidance in our contracts and worked seamlessly with other vendors. The online homesnap system made looking at houses online easy and looking at houses in person was just such fun. People told me I would be stressed while buying a house (and I stress easily), but I can honestly say this was a stress-free process and I owe that to Tammy and Steve. Would highly recommend and would work with them again, no question. Thanks a Bunch!!

Tammy helped me purchase my first home a few years ago and helped me sell it just recently. I’m both instances I was very impressed with her knowledge and guidance. Both experiences went smoothly and I did not have to worry about a thing. When it came time to sell, Tammy provided well researched comps to derive a listing price and we had 2 offers in 3 days and closed a month later. I cannot recommend Bunch Realty enough if you are considering purchasing or selling.
