Tammy is the best! She helped not only with the sale of our house, but with guidance on all the work that goes into putting it on the market as well. She also provided great referrals for repair work to get it fixed up quick (and done right) so we could list for top dollar. It took so much stress out of listing a house! Tammy helped us secure an offer we could pass up within hours of listing. She is someone we will be using in the future as well!

Where to even begin...... Tammy sold my husband the house we just sold 17 years ago. I had the pleasure of living there for ten of those years. The house had some amazing Victorian bones. Not only did Tammy keep us motivated through the years to keep up with the old house, she never forgot about us. Each year she would stop by on holidays with little treats, calendars, bags full of treats for Halloween, and tons of good stuff.

This year we decided to sell our old lady and buy a new forever home AT THE SAME TIME!

We knew Tammy was up for the task and boy did she have her hands full. She made the whole process as seamless as possible for us honestly.

Within a few weeks we had all repairs done and our house on the market. Within hours we had an offer. We looked at 2 houses with Tammy and our second offer was accepted.

We officially said goodbye to our old house June 1st and closed on our new home June 2nd.

Tammy made it all look so freaking easy. It really was the easiest process. She answered all our questions even if it may have not been what we wanted to hear. It was always what we needed to hear.

In the end she got us into the perfect house that we already absolutely adore. And a beautiful friendship that will outlast the test of time.

It was a pleasure to work with someone as profesional as Tammy. Kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Very patient explaining everything that was happening. Very proactive and got my house sold for what I wanted in less then 24 hours. Incredible. Highly recommend her.

Tammy is not just the best realtor in the area, she’s also one of the best people!

Our entire experience buying and selling our home 3 years ago was flawless. I ask a lot of questions and Tammy was available round the clock to answer all questions and calm all nerves. I have never felt like I was in more capable hands.

I will also add that the house sale and purchase did not end my relationship with Tammy. She maintains communication with us several times a year with treats and advice mailings.

Tammy is also the first person I call when I need any work done on the house. She knows everyone in the area and has a great crew of people she recommends for everything. It’s like a personal “Tammy’s List!”

I would recommend Tammy to anyone who is looking to buy and sell in this area and I guarantee you will be more than satisfied. She is an absolute pleasure and joy.

Tammy helped sell my home in less than 48 hours and I know that her skills as an agent helped make that happen! From our first discussion at my dining room table, Tammy put me at ease with her thorough overview of the selling process, including going over each document with me and answering questions. She seemed to anticipate my thinking and was ready to help. I was particularly impressed with her ability to price my home with a laser focus to fit within the market, which led to multiple offers.
