Selling a home to say the least is challenging! Having Tammy Doreen on our side gave us the confidence we needed in a realtor, she is a seasoned realtor with knowledge, ethics, resources and empathy for her clients. The day I made a call to a Intero office, Tammy was the agent referred to us when searching for our first home. Since then, we stayed in contact through the years. My life has changed for the better and none of that could have been possible without the help of Tammy.

Tammy has made the real-estate acquisition process (search, communication, negotiation, inspection...etc.) a complete breeze.

She is so well connected, that she will almost act as a one-stop shop for a complete acquisition/sale process. She can direct you to all the proper contacts, stay in communication with them and act a second set of eyes/ears so that you always have the security of knowing that someone has your back.

Tammy helped us purchase a new home in 2018 and sell our previous home in 2019. I have never met a better realtor, period. She constantly went the extra mile to make sure our requests were handled and in one case, where we were requesting receipts for work done on the house, she sought resolution even after I was ready to give up. And paperwork was a breeze since she handled everything electronically whenever possible. Tammy is a consummate professional, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.

I have worked with Tammy Doran in the past to purchase my first home
and she did an awesome job getting my son and I into our first home.
Years later, I looked to her again to help me and my husband look for
our dream ranch home and to sell our house.
She worked with us to get pre-approved so when we found the perfect house,
we were able to jump on it right away. Unfortunately, living in Silicon Valley
the housing market is just crazy. We lost a couple properties that we made offers
on, but she stuck with us and helped us not get too frustrated with the ups and
downs of putting in offers and then losing to higher bidders.
We saw a brand new listing on line and I called her up early in the morning.
Good thing she was up already! We were very excited to go and see it. She
contacted the realtor and we were able to go view it that very morning.
Another unfortunately, we put in an offer, but they decided to hold until after
they had an open house that coming weekend. We went to the open house to
look at what could possibliy be ours!
After the open house they had multiple offers. Tammy worked very closely with
the realtor to get our very best offer in front of her and her client. We got our dream
ranch home!
Now, she needs to sell our current house ASAP. She got the photographer
in that same weekend, and it was on the market the very next day with an open house
that coming weekend. She did a beautiful job showcasing our home and getting it sold
for top dollar in just a day! She is truly impressive.
The whole transaction from purchasing our new home to selling our current
home was so seamless. She handled everything with on-line documents
that made things so simple for us. No having to go into an office.
The loan officer she recommended even came to us. So no running around at
all for us.
The net of all this is, my husband and I were very impressed with her diligence and devotion
to us as our real estate agent and We highly recommend Tammy to our friends
and family without any hesitation.
