Tammy Gardner

Tammy was born and raised in the Upper Cumberland in the community of Monroe. Work relocated her to Lebanon (Wilson County) in 2001 working in the manufactured housing industry. She always had a love for homes and designs and would draw floor plans from a young age. She began her real estate career in 2004 working full-time in Lebanon Nashville and surrounding areas.

Tammy has been blessed to work with so many great families and friends throughout her career. Honored to be a member of EMTAR (Eastern Middle Tn Association of Realtors) NAR (National Association of Realtors and UCAR (Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors.) Honored as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and obtained the Life Award of Excellence in both EMTAR and UCAR associations.

She offers care, knowledge, experience, and professional marketing strategies in an ever-changing real estate market while always keeping each client’s best interests in mind.
