Tammy was amazing right from the start. I knew right away she was the right agent for me. She is super friendly and down to earth, as well as very professional and timely. She negotiated more than I even expected during our home buying process. Everyone she works with seems to like her, even the other agents and sellers, so that helps. :) A balanced person is always the best to work with! I have known Tammy on a professional level for over a decade. I highly recommend her for business and personal real estate. She provides a level of personalization that not many realtors can. She has sold a home for me by going beyond what was asked. Prompt follow-up with potential buyers that have looked at the home. When we were looking for a home to purchase, she was always available to show me properties that had just come on the market, had price reductions, fell out of escrow or properties we had not seen before and wanted to see. She sent me automatic emails of new properties on the market with the features we wanted which was quite helpful. As we viewed homes, I would ask her what she felt the fair market value of the home was which helped me to evaluate whether the home was fairly priced or over priced. This helped me to get a feel for values in the area. I recommend Tammy highly Jim Swenson
