My name is Tammy L. Mahan and I am a licensed Realtor in the State of California. I specialize in the Santa Clarita Valley as well as the surrounding areas of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, I am also a tenured Psychology Professor. I have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1996. Prior to moving to Santa Clarita, I lived on the Central Coast (San Luis Obispo/Pismo Beach), in Shasta County (Redding/Old Station), Coeur D' Alene, Idaho, and Humboldt County (Orleans, CA).
I have earned my Bachelor's of Science Degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in Psychology, a Master's of Arts Degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Community College Teaching/Professorship, and a Doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) In Educational Leadership. I will also earn an Associates of Arts degree from College of the Canyons in Real Estate in 2025.
In addition to teaching and real estate, I love spending time with my two sons, three kitties, and seeing my family in Montana. I love road trips and planning new adventures. I am constantly learning and regularly take additional courses through my local community college, the City of Santa Clarita Seasons community classes, and my real estate office, Keller Williams VIP Properties. I enjoy ceramics, painting, dance, and reading books. I strongly believe that being kind, considerate, and compassionate towards others is the key to living a fulfilling life.
