A Colorado resident since 1981, Tammy has lived in the Douglas County area for 40 years. Her specialties include corporate relocation, first time homebuyers, families moving up or downsizing, new construction, HUD Homes and REO (banked owned) properties and she maintains a vast knowledge of the greater Metro Denver area, neighborhoods, communities, and school systems.
