I worked directly with Tammy. She was excellent at estimating the value of the house we were selling and very energetic and responsive in getting it sold. As the owner of the realty, she has a drive and a perspective that you don't get from every realtor.

Tammy Murphy has been my realtor 3 times in a row. Tammy and her company RH2L are simply the best. While working with Tammy I found out how dedicated she is to making sure her clients receive the best deal. She will fight for you and help you understand when to back out of a deal. Her experience shows in quality. She told my Wife and I to trust in the system multiple times. Honestly, thats the truth. Even when times seemed rough (especially going through this pandemic), we were always able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am very happy to recommend her and RH2L. If you are looking for a realtor, stop looking - you have found the best you will ever find!

Tammy Murphy is an absolute phenomenon real estate agent to have work for you to get the house of your dreams. She knows the ins and outs of the business, and this is the third time that we’ve used her incredible services to sell our old house and purchase our new house. Each time that we sold our house and searched for a new house – as our lives evolved – Tammy was always part of the process; we could never trust anyone else with an important task.

When you’re buying a house – whether it’s your first time buying or your third – Tammy treats you with respect and is an avid listener of what you’re looking for in your next home. When my husband and I were creating a list of houses to look at and supplied to Tammy, she would suggest other houses that fit our criteria and were exactly what we were looking for in a home.

Whether you’re using her expertise for selling your home or buying a house, or both; she’s always in your corner, ensuring that you’re getting the best deal and not just “another customer”. During our previous home search, sometimes we would go into a house and Tammy would point out defects that could make or break a sale – some things that you, as the homebuyer, might miss in the craziness of searching for a house.

Tammy’s favorite line – “trust the system” – can sometimes be hard to trust in when you’re trying to sell your house, buy a new house, worrying about possible expenses, and all the craziness involved with both processes. Not to mention, this is all happening in the middle of the pandemic. She’s not only our real estate agent, but what my husband and I fondly refer to her as, our meteorologist, therapist and friend. Without her, we would have had little to no faith in the system, multiple panic attacks, extreme doubt and double-guessing in the real estate system. Instead, it was very easy to believe in Tammy, and RH2L, to ensure that we are getting the best deal – both in price and purchase.

I suggest everyone that wants to sell/buy a house use Tammy Murphy (RH2L) for her dedicated service to her clientele, and the fact that she will fight for you, and the deal that you want for your home purchase (or selling point).
