Tammy Nichols

I’m a Virginia native who grew up in the Lynchburg area and now call the New River Valley
home. After living in the Bristol area for nearly two decades, my family and I relocated to
Blacksburg in 2020 and have truly enjoyed becoming part of the local community.
I hold a degree in Marketing and have spent more than twelve years volunteering in local schools
and nonprofits, where I’ve built a strong foundation in organization, communication, and
community involvement. My husband and I have also bought, sold, and built multiple homes
over the years, giving me firsthand insight into the real-life decisions that come with buying and
selling.
Having recently navigated a relocation myself, I understand the importance of guidance,
patience, and clear communication—especially for families. I enjoy helping clients find homes
that truly fit their lives and take pride in offering steady, thoughtful support throughout the
process.
