A native of St. Joseph, Missouri, Tammy O’Meara-Chambers – Broker/Owner graduated from Lafayette High School and Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. She is married to Jason Chambers and they currently reside in Andrew County. They have two children, Preston and Mercedees, and four grandchildren, Dreyton, Myla, Royce & Landon.
With over 19 years of real estate experience, Tammy enjoys assisting buyers and sellers make their home-owner dreams come to fruition. She has a passion for traveling and including her family on these adventures is her main focus. Recently, she has finalized plans for a family trip to Hawaii to celebrate the 2021 Christmas Holiday and is excited to be able to include her mother and two newest grandbabies on this trip. In addition to travelling, her hobbies include scuba diving, walking, gardening, boating, and enjoying time at their lake house.
Tammy also has a true passion for giving back to her community and volunteers countless hours throughout the year. She serves on the Country Club Board of Trustees, St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Diplomat’s Committee, United Way Allocations Committee, Specialty Industries Board of Directors, and is involved with numerous additional community service organizations. Previously, she served on the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and was recognized as the 2017 Chamber of Commerce Diplomat of the Year
Tammy enjoys navigating both individuals and families throughout the sometimes-challenging process of becoming a homeowner. She feels a great sense of pride helping first time home buyers and makes it a point to attend as many closings at the title companies as possible.
