I was a first time homebuyer, and Tammy was excellent with guiding me through the process, from finding the house I wanted to the closing, letting me know what needed to be done and when. I was in a bit of a hurry to find a home with my apartment lease ending soon; Tammy was aware of this and worked hard to move things along so there would be no problems. I was also pleased with how she handled having the seller make repairs needed from the home inspection. Among other things, Tammy spoke with the seller's agent and convinced the seller to pay to have a new roof put on the house. This was after the seller had offered to pay half the cost, so this potentially saved me a good chunk of money. Thank you, Tammy!

Jeananne Minks Tammy worked with my husband and myself on purchasing our home. She went above and beyond on getting our loan secured and no matter what obstacle came our way she worked even harder to get everything taken care of.
