Tammy Stuart (Broker + Owner, REALTOR®) is an independent broker serving the Omaha, Nebraska + Council Bluffs, Iowa metro since 2000. She began her real estate career as a sales agent in 2000 and obtained her brokers license in 2007. The year 2023 commemorates her 23rd year in the business of real estate! Tammy feels truly honored to have been trusted to serve the real estate needs of over 1,500 individuals & families throughout her career to date.

Tammy is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) an achievement that only 2% of all REALTORS® worldwide have attained. Through the years her clients have appreciated Tammy's passionate and personable approach to doing business. Known for her astute negotiation skills, she takes great pride in protecting her clients best interests, whether that be in contract negotiations or by advocating for homeownership & private property rights by meeting with legislators on Capitol Hill in Washington DC and at the state level.

Tammy also takes great pride in having educated and mentored many female agents throughout her career to go on to become some of the most successful agents in the metro.

Giving Back has always been at the forefront of Tammy's business. Over the years a portion of all of her commissions have gone to a variety of good causes such as "Give Back Homes", a community of real estate professionals committed to social change by helping build homes for deserving families around the globe; "Sunshine Kids Foundation", a non-profit organization committed to kids with cancer; as well as the Orphans of Teso, Children's HopeChest, Pachamama Alliance, plus many other local charities, and youth sports teams.

When not serving her clients or mentoring agents, Tammy can be found working on her personal real estate investments which include a mixed use building, an AirBnb, residential rentals, and flip houses. In her free time from work she enjoys traveling around the world; sharing dinner, wine, & great conversation with friends; attending her niece's activities; cooking; reading & researching; and working on her own "honey-do list" around her historic home. Tammy is Mom to 3 young adults, her greatest pride and accomplishment. Their family pet is a sweet black lab named, Magnolia! <3
