I am a California Licensed Realtor with The Westphal Group brokered by EXP Realty in Redding, CA (DRE # 02085443). Prior to being a realtor I was an international marketer and a real estate investor with real life experience with airbnbs, mid-term rentals, long term rentals, senior living communities, flips, wholesaling and working with students.

I love being a Realtor and having the honor of working alongside families and individuals as they choose their next home or their next investment. For each person I work with, this is a highly personal engagement that is definitely more than just the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and square footage - this is about choosing where their lives will happen next.

I am also a happy mom of 6 great kids, stepmom of 2 adult children, wife of 1 incredible pilot, a saavy real estate investor, thankful landlord, former Airbnb superhost, home schooler, and dreamer.
