She felt our doubts and even disappointments in houses and was intuitive in showing us others. We saw houses all across the board (ended up with the 1st one we saw 🤣) and it was a delight. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, even going out of the way to find answers to questions about houses she didn't know. We felt like a priority to her and that is priceless. Our new home is unique and fits us like a glove, we absolutely love it. There is no one else in Clovis I would recommend higher as a realtor than Tammy Waters.
P.s- kinda sad the process has come to an end -that's how fun and effortless she made this- But hey, we've got a gorgeous new house and I know who we will be using as a realtor when it comes to our next property.

Tammy is the absolute best on the High Plains. My wife and I purchased and sold a home through Tammy and both experiences were fantastic. Nobody knows the area and market better than her. When purchasing our home she sought tirelessly to find what was the best fit for us. When it came time to sell our home, she was able to guide us through the entire process with ease even with us being out of state. Unlike some of the other agencies/realtors in the area (we've dealt with several) Tammy acts with integrity. I never questioned any of her recommendations at any point in either process.

First of all I don't think there is anyone else as skilled and talented an agent as Tammy. The rate at which she sold my home still astonishes me. Her expertise is remarkable. She is so good at her kraft that during the whole process I maybe heard from her 3 or 4 times for additional information. The next thing I knew we were in closing escrow. To have such a talent in keeping both seller and buyer happy while selling the home is a large order. She did it so beautifully. I am not exaggerating. I have turned into one of her biggest fans.
