Real estate is often a creative profession, where an agent can carve out a unique space to grow their business. Tamra Wade, with RE/MAX Center in Duluth, GA, has done just that - building her success with new construction and a team of onsite agents and buyers’ agents. Tamra found real estate by chance. “While starting my family in my early twenties, I wanted a career too. My choice had to be personally and professionally rewarding to make it right for my family,” she says. "An agent at a subdivision asked if I wanted to hostess on her days off. Before long, I was helping to sell homes and soon transitioned into full time sales." Tamra’s success in onsite sales has transferred directly into her business today. She now has a team of fifteen agents with twelve of them as dedicated onsite agents in their own right.
While new construction is Tamra's foundation, her portfolio also includes more traditional sales, spanning the entire market from first-time buyers to re-sales and short sales.
