Tana is absolutely human first before real estate broker. We looked at over 50 houses together in an upside down seller’s market. A few times I had to take my two wild toddlers with me while viewing properties and that’s when Tana’s mom instincts kicked in. My kids liked her very much and I knew right there, that very moment, that no matter what I was sticking with Tana. Together we would find my new home. I changed my mind a few times on what I exactly wanted and probably made it impossible for her, but it never fazed her. She went along with my roller coaster needs and accommodated all my crazy requests. I’m as real a person as anybody can get. I never say anything to fluff somebody’s feathers. I mean it from the heart. If anybody reads this then call Tana and find your new home. You will feel at ease with her caring approach and stick with her and find exactly what you want.
Plus, the experience will actually be fun, even if the market is unbearable. If you’re lucky you might even get to meet the auto mechanic.

Tana was is an exceptional realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, listens to what we needed and sensitive to our situation. Tana McGuire is 100% the BEST realtor I've ever dealt with! She recently sold my house in Westchester while I moved to SC.

This was not my first real estate rodeo. I've bought and sold several houses in Westchester and Putnam counties (and even used to sell real estate myself) so when I say I have never encountered a better agent than Tana, I say so with a lot of experience.

Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate, she is extremely competent, personable, helpful, and communicative with a "can-do" attitude beyond compare! Even when it came to old open building permits she was an excellent resource to find the best and fastest resolutions.

As you probably can tell by now, I could go on for many more paragraphs with superlatives about Tana McGuire but will wrap this up by saying I have NO REGRETS in having her as my agent, have passed her info on to my closest friends and family, and am sure you will feel the same.

Where do I even begin?! My husband & I were introduced to Tana after months of searching with a previous agent since she knew the upstate area better. We were beginning to feel defeated, we were in the middle of pandemic, expecting our first child, and were unsure of the home buying process. Tana immediately made us feel confident that we would find the right house & that this was something we could achieve.

Tana is extremely knowledgeable in her field, she taught us & showed us things we would have never thought about or known without her. She guided us every step of the way and definitely had our best interest at heart. She was always available to talk or text when we needed her & has a wealth of information on anything you may need during the home buying process (inspectors, brokers, contractors etc.).

We were throughly impressed with her professionalism but fell in love with her great personality and big heart.

Thanks to Tana we found our first home in time to spend the holidays in it with our new baby girl. We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her to any & everyone!

Tana has been and will always be a savior for my family. We trusted her to sell our condo and help us buy a house to meet the needs of our growing family (family of 3, baby on the way, taking in 3 in laws). Tana was honest, clear, professional, confident in her field, and always kept our best interest at heart. She walked us through every step of the process and ensure we were successful. Tana is, and always will be, the Best, to my wife and I. She was absolutely dedicated to helping us find our dream home. As many who have been out there looking for homes can testify, this search is not an easy one and your realtor should not just see you as a commodity but as a person who is not only looking for a house but a home. Tana McGuire is that kind of realtor, she was charming, respectful and caring of our needs as buyers but also sharp and savvy about the market and the areas we were looking in. To be honest I felt sorry for some of the folks we saw with other realtors during the open houses we attended because i could see how disconnected they were from their own realtors. With Tana you feel like your with somebody that is looking at the house with you, noticing things about the home, pointing things out to you, these are tangibles of the service she provides as a professional that made her priceless to us. We eventually found our new home and to be honest after all is said and done, and I know i can speak for my wife, we actually miss our realtor.
