I truly appreciate the thoughtful guidance, insight, and professional manner that Tania provided during the sale of a home. She was there every step of the way – from tips on getting the property ready for sale (where to invest the money to get the best sales price), properly pricing the home for sale, and marketing the property. When outside resources were needed she opened up her rolodex/made quality introductions. She was also instrumental in helping me evaluate the various offers and stayed with the process until closing occurred and was present until the keys changed hands and then some. She is detail oriented and process driven, even sometimes helping the buyer’s agent along the way to make it all go smooth. We received a full price offer for the home which in my opinion was a bit over what I actually thought the market price was for the house. I totally recommend her if you are considering listing a home for sale or buying a house.

Very pleased with all my interactions with Tania. She went above and beyond in selling my listing. I especially appreciated her attention to communication. I work long hours and Tania made sure to find out my communication preferences so that I could stay involved and informed in the process. She was up front about expectations, which was helpful because this was my first time selling a house. All the extras she offered made me feel like I was getting a lot of value and my house would stand out amongst the rest. Which was definitely true since we received multiple ABOVE ask offers. If you desire a professional, knowledgeable and diligent agent, I highly recommend Tania and her team for purchasing and selling property.
