We have sold several properties in the past and our experience with agents varied from somewhat poor to just tolerable. When we contacted Tanjia about handling the sale of our townhouse, we instantly knew we had made the right choice. Tanjia researched the area and provided us with information on past and recent sales of comparable properties in the area. She was flexible in her schedule and prompt on her updates providing us with in depth details about every showing. Because of her level of expertise, our townhouse sold extremely fast and both parties, buyer and seller had a very pleasant and fulfilling experience. My son was looking to purchase his first home and Tanjia was very helpful to find all the things on his wish list but within his price range at the same time. She was very responsive in her searching but didn't waiste his time with homes out of his reach. It took some time but that's ok he wasn't in any big hurry. It was way more important to him to find a home that he loved then one he would have to settle for.......and Tanjia did just that, when we walked in we knew instantly this was the house for him. Should stood by him, explaned everything and guided him like a second mom which gave me a great peace of mind!! From the very beginning tanjia was right there to answer any questions we had and always quick to respond. Being a first time home buyer things can be a little overwhelming, but tanjia was there every step of the way. We never once felt that Tanjia was there just to make a sale. We would recommend her hands down!
