Tannis was the first realtor I’ve ever worked with on buying a home. Needless to say, I indeed bought my first home with the help of her and her outstanding services to my family and I! She is very transparent, to the point, and organized with your needs or wants. She responds very quickly to anything that you may need or have a question about. I am active duty military, so buying a home is already stressful enough when dealing with moving and the fast pace of the military and its needs, but Tannis ensured me from the start that the process of buying a home and having her as my realtor was going to be smooth. She did all the leg work for us and never backed down. My favorite part? She ain’t pushy. As a deployed service member buying a home from halfway around the world, I needed a realtor who was proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable. Tee was exactly that and more. We were relocating from New Mexico to Lexington, SC, using a VA loan, while I was stationed in Korea with a 16-hour time difference. From the start, Tee understood the realities of military life and made the entire process feel manageable.

Because I couldn’t be there in person, Tee’s video walkthroughs were a game changer. She didn’t just do quick clips—she captured the kinds of details you’d want to see if you were standing in the house yourself. I could watch the tours on my own schedule due to the time difference, rewatch them, and feel confident in our decisions even from overseas. She also coordinated with my wife’s parents when they toured homes locally, which helped us keep momentum without missing anything.

Once we found the new build we loved, Tee worked efficiently with the builder’s agent and kept everything on track. When issues came up right before closing related to the sale of our home in New Mexico, Tee stepped in immediately and communicated with our realtor there to help push for answers and updates. That level of involvement wasn’t required, but it made a real difference. Even when our closing date had to shift multiple times, Tee stayed calm, flexible, and focused on solutions.

We eventually closed on a beautiful new construction home in a highly sought-after neighborhood, and Tee was there with my wife and kids for the signing. We recently bought a new construction home in Lexington, SC, and working with Tee was the best decision we could have made. Our situation was not straightforward: we are a military family, relocating from New Mexico, my husband was deployed in Korea, and we were using a VA loan. I initially found Tee through local Facebook groups and was immediately drawn to her stellar reviews and her background as a veteran. From our first “meet and greet,” which was supposed to be an hour but turned into a three‑hour conversation, it was clear she understood both our needs and the unique challenges of a military move.

Because we were out of state, Tee went above and beyond to bridge the distance. She created a detailed list of homes that matched our priorities, met my parents in person when they came to town, and sent us thorough video tours of every property, even down to the small details you would normally only catch in person. This allowed both me and my husband (16 hours ahead in Korea) to really see and evaluate each home. After two days of showings, we knew which home we wanted, and Tee moved quickly and efficiently, coordinating with the builder’s agent and keeping the process smooth.

The week of closing, we ran into unexpected issues with the buyers of our home in New Mexico. Tee did not have to get involved, but she immediately stepped in, communicated directly with our New Mexico realtor, and helped push for updates and answers so that all parties stayed on track. We had to move our closing date more than once, and she remained flexible, calm, and solutions‑focused every time. When we finally closed on our beautiful new build in a highly sought‑after neighborhood, Tee was right there beside us at the table, even with our little ones in tow, and surprised us with a thoughtful gift basket to welcome us home.

Tee set the bar extremely high for what a realtor should be: knowledgeable, patient, proactive, and genuinely invested in her clients. She turned a complex, cross‑country, deployment‑era move into the best home‑buying experience I could have asked for. I’ve already told her she’s not allowed to leave real estate before we’re ready to buy or sell again, because we will absolutely be calling her in the future. Five stars without hesitation.

My boyfriend is currently active duty military relocating so finding a reliable and honest realtor was absolutely essential and Tee exceeded all expectations!

From the beginning, working with Tee was an incredibly positive experience, especially for my boyfriend as a first-time homebuyer. She was upfront, direct, and always honest. More importantly, she was patient, supportive, educational, and flexible throughout the entire process. House hunting remotely can be stressful and overwhelming, but she took the time to walk us through every step, answered all our questions (no matter how small), and never rushed or pressured him into making a decision. She took the time to understand what he was looking for and provided clear, realistic guidance throughout the entire process.

What stood out the most was her transparency. Whether it was about pricing, the condition of a property, or the current market trends, we always felt informed and supported. If a home had red flags or just wasn’t the right fit, she told us directly, she told us directly and I believe that is something hard to find and so important when you can’t be there in person. She even took time out of her day to personally tour each home, FaceTimed him during the walk-throughs, and sent video recordings so he could compare properties later. That level of effort and consideration made a huge difference.

If she didn’t know the answer to something, she was honest and then followed up quickly with the correct information. In a market that can feel very overwhelming and fast paced, it was amazing to work with someone who prioritized trust, honesty and integrity. We’re incredibly grateful for her professionalism, and care put into helping find the right home from miles away.

If you’re looking for a realtor who’s not only sharp, reliable, and relentless, but also knows what it’s like to serve, Tee is the one you want in your corner. She’s an Air Force veteran herself, which means she understands military families, PCS moves, and the chaos that comes with retiring, relocating, and trying to start fresh somewhere new.

We started this journey states away, right after my husband’s retirement from the Air Force. Two teenagers, one very opinionated dog (she’s the real boss), and us trying to figure out how to buy a house long distance. From day one, Tee was ready. She explained everything clearly, kept us calm when we were overwhelmed, and this is huge, she actually went to all our inspections in person because we couldn’t be there yet. Who does that? Tee does.

Our first house under contract turned into a full blown circus, difficult sellers, an unresponsive seller’s agent, and then just days before closing, we find out from the attorney there was a title issue. And not just a small hiccup. Nope. They tried to slap a band aid on it with a quitclaim deed, like duct taping a wing on an aircraft and saying, “Good as new!” Sorry, but no. When we decided to walk away, Tee stood right by us. She didn’t try to sugarcoat it or push us through, she backed us up 100% and immediately shifted gears.

Meanwhile, we’d been living in a hotel for a month ...two teenagers, one dog, one room. If that’s not a test of patience, I don’t know what is. At that point, I was ready to give up and just rent, but Tee wasn’t having it. She hit the ground running, showing us new homes right away. Within no time, we landed a brand new build. Tee even negotiated to have a fence installed, so our dog could finally stretch her legs (and we could finally stop doing hotel hallway laps).

Through every twist and turn, Tee had our back. She fought for us, advocated when others dropped the ball, and kept us laughing when all we wanted to do was scream. For veterans, active duty, or military families navigating a move, and literally anyone else, she is exactly the kind of realtor you need, disciplined, loyal, and tough enough to handle anything the process throws at you.

We closed on our home today, paid 0 out of pocket and actually received a check at closing!

Bottom line: Tee isn’t just a realtor. She’s the steady hand, the advocate, and the no nonsense professional who makes sure you don’t just find a house, you find the right home. Our dog would give her 5 paws if she could. 🐾

Tee Morgan! This woman is 1,000,000% the only reason I found a home. Due to a military move, I lived in a hotel for 3 months while on my house search. I put in numerous offers and Tee would vouch for me and my limits EVERYTIME. “No, my client is not willing to do this, she would like ‘x,y,z’ fixed”. Even when things went south and I got discouraged. I didn't want to look for a home anymore. She enlightened, uplifted, and reassured me. She still sent potential homes and got me out of the hotel. We looked at houses everyday! I was so close to closing on a home. I think we both knew it wasn't the home for me but I was so tired of paying for a hotel and inspections that I was willing to close on a house that wasn't right for me. I walked in with my head low, energy off. But once again, Tee enlightened me and told me what I needed to hear. The room at closing was so stuffy and unsettling, the closing realtor was disrespectful and made slick comments under her breath. Even though I wanted to flip the table over, Tee remained calm and collected. She spoke with strength and wisdom when communicating with the closing realtor. She stood up for me time and time again! Where do I even start?! I found Tannis via FB in August of 2024 and our family is so glad we did. From the very beginning she has been very thorough, straight forward, and professional. As first time homebuyers, she explained the entire buying process to us, went over her expectations of us as her clients and also inquired about our expectations of her.
We went under contract with not one, not two, but THREE different homes from the same builder due to shady business practices from the builder and their preferred lender. Tannis remained professional through it all and never left our side or showed the slightest frustration with us or the situation. She fought for us in every which way, so believe her when she says that is what she does!
She let us (really just me) be as complicated, demanding, and controlling as my heart desired, without a single complaint. She was in constant communication with us and sometimes had to wait on responses from us because...LIFE! In December 2024 we circled back to a home I found at the very beginning of our search and it ended up being the one for us. We went under contract and house #4 was a unicorn of a purchase and funny enough everything lined up how it should have. Tannis negotiated an amazing deal and handled EVERYTHING for us as we were in upstate NY and had not even seen the house in person until the final walk-through (the night before closing). Trust is a hard thing for us to give and Tannis worked for it. We definitely do not regret betting it all on Tannis and would do it 100 times over. We could not have asked for a smoother, more flawless transaction.

Our experience with Tee has been amazing. I was referred to Tee through a family member who knew her personally. Upon first meeting Tee we quickly saw how personable she was, which was very important to us, she made us feel very comfortable. She was always flexible and was able to meet with us virtually the first time. Tee Morgan definitely went above and beyond helping us buying our first home. We started the process while I was still in Korea. I was honestly a little scared to be scammed as I never bought a house before and doing the process through the distance was a concern for me. But I looked at her facebook pages and read all the amazing things about Tee and how satisfied all her clients were with her work, all the amazing reviews about her expertise and professionalism made me give her a try, and I am glad I did! I would never regret making that decision.

We started the process via zoom and from the very beginning she broke down everything piece by piece in a way I could understand, and she made sure she repeated again and again, if needed, to make sure I actually understood every detail.
One of the things that made Tee different and very special, was her empathy. She being a prior service member, gave her that understanding of our particular situation. She knew how important is for us military personnel to have someone we can trust in the process, and how hard our lives are in the service.
She was my voice when the process got complicated. She stood up for me when some members in the process weren’t as efficient as they should have been. It was unbelievable how she defended me and fought for my rights way better I could have done myself when the actions of other parties were affecting me and my family, by delaying the process.

Her passion and dedication, her consistency, professionalism, expertise, empathy, honesty, for her clients are extraordinary and exceptional. Believe when I say, you don’t find individuals like Tee that often!

She made my first experience buying a home easier even though I was under some personal circumstances. Throughout our home buying process, Tannis (Tee) Morgan was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls, Zoom meetings and emails, keeping us informed about every development (especially with us being 1st time buyers.

Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. Her services have been phenomenal, during a Zoom Meeting, we need noticed a landfill was within 6 miles from our new home, she was willing to investigate by via Zoom Meeting, to let us know if she was able to smell the landfill our residents and its location.

As a military family, trying to buying house over 1600 miles, she was made this process so smooth and effectless. Tee Morgan has been the Consummate Professional when it comes to Realtors in Columbia, SC. After being ignored by military housing, we were in limbo about potentially renting or buying a house. After having a consultation with Tee, we felt more than confident that we could buy our first home with her on our side. Throughout the process Tee demonstrated why having a great Realtor on your side is a must. While we were many states and 2 time zones away, she toured the homes for us and recorded in depth videos of the homes for us to review. Clear expectations, constant communication and knowledge on all of our questions (she would refer us to the right place if she didn’t know the answer) made having a great relationship with her easy as well as made the home buying process a lot smoother than we ever expected. She caught something our lenders didn’t, that saved us a TON of money in the long run. Her attention to detail is unmatched. There's not enough praise that I can give her and Tommy for working with us, they made sure my family was taken care of. TNT are the bomb! All corney jokes aside, if you want a realtor team that are 1000% go-getters, Tannis Morgan and her husband Tommy are the ones to have! As a military family it can be stressful to up-root your life every few years but Tannis and Tommy understand due to their military background. This was a huge perk for deciding to ask for their expertise on finding a home for our family. They have gone above and beyond to meet all our expectations and handled business like true professionals. They listened and heard all the requests we wanted within our house, and steered us in the right direction so we did not waste any time. They also made sure to keep our sons needs in the forefront of their minds as well concerning school districts/activities .
Another great benefit, was that all the processes in purchasing our house were smooth due to this team’s organization and constant updates. I contacted Tee about possibly putting my house on the market after accepting a job opportunity in a different state. As an introduction, she and her husband came over and presented a very informative PowerPoint presentation outlining what her role would be in the sell of my house and the general statistics about my home. She was very clear about how the process would go and completely open to answer any questions that I had. Since I had to complete some requirements before the job opportunity was finalized, and my focus was directed there, Tee did not pressure me to decide about what I was going to do with my home. Instead, Tee supported my efforts, cheered me on and checked on me periodically. Once I had made the decision to sell, she was prepared to help make that happen. She brought over the contracts, went over them in detail and made sure that I understood everything before I signed. Throughout the process, she continuously showed her dedication, attention to detail, and general concern for me. There was never a time that I felt as if I could not contact her, could not ask a question, or felt out of the loop. She made everything easy and stress-free by using digital documentation, accommodating my schedule since I was out of state, and making sure that I was comfortable with every decision being made. She showed her skill and integrity as a realtor through her negotiations, analysis of my property, and thorough explanation about the contracts. Tee made sure that everything stayed on schedule, and that I closed as quickly as possible. With moving to another state, waiting on testing results for the job opportunity, and struggling with the emotional ties of letting go of my home; this could have been an extremely stressful situation. The way Tee handled the sale of my home and my heart during this process demonstrated the type of character that she has and the love that she has for helping people in the home buying/selling process. Tee and her husband, Tommy, was such a big help with giving me assistance in selling my home. The day I them both, I knew they would be an asset to me. My home wasn’t even on the market long and was sold very fast! I’m the type of person who stresses easily and Tee made sure I was stress free the whole time. She checked on me daily to make sure my mental health was okay. Tee surely went above and beyond! Tee was by my side the whole time through the whole process and never left me to be alone. Tee is very professional and proficient when I had ANY questions. If Tee didn’t know an answer to any of my questions, she made sure to find out and get back with me ASAP. Tannis went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We were moving from Delaware, so a lot of the initial work was done via phone. When we arrived in SC for a weekend visit, she devoted the entire weekend to helping us find the perfect home that met our wants and needs! She stayed in contact by phone, text and email…and was able to help with the offer and negotiation process long distance!! She helped us find a home inspector, helped us negotiate needed repairs and stayed on top of all deadlines and required paperwork!! She is very professional, very friendly, and truly a delight to work with!! She continued to check in with us through the loan approval process, answer any questions we had, and provided much needed reassurances as closing approached.
