About one year ago my husband and I met Tantzi Habsburg. Our experience with her in the last year has been fantastic. She was always able to answer our questions and was very patient when searching for our home. When we found the right home, and we were ready to close, she magically orchestrated a simultaneous closing. This enabled us to move into our house the very same day. She’s professional, friendly, and she gave us wonderful service.

I would like to highly recommend Tantzi Habsburg from RE/MAX Lakeshore. This woman is on it! I had family from out of state interested in a vacation home here on the south side and Tantzi came through like a champ! She has fantastic communication skills and will stay on top of new listings you might be interested in and will update you accordingly. She beautifully balanced and coordinated a sell with a buyer in Missouri and a seller in Florida, with POA in MI! Talk about a challenge! It seemed easy for her.
Tantzi is more than knowledgeable of the homes in Holland and the trends on how fast or slow they may be moving.
