About Tanya

Prior to residential real estate, I had a successful career for over 20 years in corporate real estate working as the VP & Sr. Asset Manager for First American Trust and later as the VP of Dispositions for an affordable housing syndicator. Working with both of those companies provided me with rich experiences dealing with all kinds of property types, and finding solutions for many unexpected scenarios. Those experiences are an ideal background with which to guide and represent my clients whether they are buying or selling a home, or considering an investment property of some type.

Outside of work, you can find me active in the community, spending time with family, volunteering, going to the movies and baking. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places.

The Make-A-Wish foundation is a non-profit that is near and dear to my heart. Volunteering since 2007, I have met some amazing kids and families. When a child receives a wish, he or she has hope and something to look forward to during a rough time in their life. This same passion and drive to help people is why I love being a Realtor. I know that buying a home is, for most people, the largest investment they will make, and it’s my goal to make the journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
