Tanya was put into contact with us by our lender when we were trying to put an offer in on a house and we could not be more grateful. During the month long closing process my wife and I had several trips already planned and booked and paid for and while we were away Tanya took charge and managed everything even better than we would have had we been home.

I cannot recommend Tanya enough. Anyone who gets the pleasure of working with Tanya will agree that she is amazing.

First off, id like to say that Tanya and her team did a great job selling my home, and went very much above and beyond any other realtor out there to get it sold. My situation is unique in where I work a very remote job in Alaska on a rotational schedule, and getting things done in the 2 weeks off that I had per rotation was very challenging. From setting up home inspections to getting contractors on site to repair and certify for the appraisal companies and lenders, this woman and her team was on point every step of the way; if i asked about something, her answer was always the same: "dont worry, I got this" (and she absolutely did).... Great communication throughout the sale, great pictures taken for the sale by her team, and most of all, she was just a really great person to deal with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the area to sell their home and would use her again in a heartbeat. This woman even took a slight cut in her own realtor fees to get me exactly what I wanted from my home when it appraised lower than expected! Who does that?! All in all, Awesome experience and i thank her for all her help.

As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea on what it entailed. Tanya Headrick was so patient and helpful answering my constant questions throughout the entire process. She was also extremely flexible with my schedule. I am active duty military so I work around 60 hours a week. She always worked with my availability and always made my needs feel like a priority. Tanya also assisted me with finding the right VA loan with a phenomenal interest rate. She is smart and knows the area very well; always answering all my questions on the types of living conditions in the places we visited. She is very truthful and will give you her honest opinion and advice. Once I bought my house she was able to get me a fantastic home warranty that has been extremely beneficial. Since the army keeps me moving every few years, she is definitely going to be my first call for help and advice with real estate matters in the future.
