Tanya was an extremely hard worker! She never gave anything but 110% effort to sell our house. Our house had some extra challenges with some extra character and Tanya continued to work hard from the moment it was listed until we signed settlement papers! Her communication was excellent, always prompt and professional with us and all the individuals she worked with throughout the sale process. I highly recommend her!

Tanya and her staff were absolutely amazing to work with. We had them as property managers for a year and then she sold our house. The process was smooth and easy. Tanya always responded to call, texts and emails very quickly. The whole process was hassle free. Would HIGHLY recommend Tanya and the Hostettor Realty team.

My wife and I were desperately trying to find a reliable agent that we could trust and that would proactively help us find our new home due to our schedules being so hectic, and the underwhelming experience we had with those we worked with when we sold our previous home. To say Tonya was helpful in finding the home we loved is an understatement. For six straight months she consistently brought potential properties to our attention and for six straight months she was more than patient with us as we passed on one after another because none of them felt like home. Or during a walk-thru she would find problems that we would have overlooked, but instead of just trying to make a sale, she always brought it to our attention so we could make an educated choice (who can say the same?). Then finally, and with limited time left before a house was going in to contract, she found us the home we never thought we'd have. Tonya had everything ready, all we had to do is give her the go ahead, and because of her promptness, attention to detail, and overall passion of finding us the home we wanted, we locked in the contract and closed. If I could add stars to this rating I would, if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future, I have no second thoughts on whom I will be calling upon. Call Tanya at Hostetter Realty, and go get the home you've always wanted!
