When you decide to buy a house choosing a realtor can be as difficult as finding a house that you love. Being a first time homebuyer I was really nervous about how the process worked. I had done my research online and talked to other people who had been through it but your experience is yours alone and that's where you need the help of professionals. From the moment I was put in contact with Tanzania and everyone she worked with I felt good and so at ease that my best interest was important. There was never a time I couldn't call and no questions were left unanswered. It was a great experience from beginning to closing. I found the perfect house and definitely the right realtor.

If you are looking for a professional and personable Relator then Tanzania Montgomery is your best bet. I went through three different realtors before I finally found her . I had a house that I needed to sell and she came in and sold the house like it was her own personal property . She staged my home with upscale décor and I felt like her staging brought additional value to my home. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. Even though she is well sought after and busy she will make you feel like you are her only client.

(Sigh) Writing this review is so bittersweet. Writing this review means that Tanzania and I are at the end of a long journey. Writing this review brings me to tears because that means that Tanzania did her job, she helped me find my dream home. But us finding my dream home isn’t what brings me to tears. What brings me to tears is that in the process of looking for a home I found a friend. Someone who truly “ chose a job they loved so they never have to work a day In their life. “I really think I’ll run out of characters in this post before I run out of amazing things to say. Honestly, there aren’t words in Webster to describe the care and love shown on Tanzania’s part in this process. Tanzania could tell you, I normally have a way with words but my appreciation for her in this process has left me speechless, so I’ll just say thank you. Tanzania, for your kindness, thank you! For your patience, thank you. For always answering the phone, thank you. For all the 2+ hour long phone calls, thank you. For the late night phone calls, thank you. For the early mornings driving far, thank you. For never Diminishing my dreams for my dream home, thank you. For the bringing me back to reality when I needed it, thank you. For teaching me when I was ignorant on a subject, thank you. For the times I was being a brat and you let me have my moment(s), thank you. For the times you allowed me to rant, thank you. For always letting me be myself, thank you. For always making me feel like I was the only client you were working with, I can’t thank you enough. I never knew Tanzania had 6+ other clients she was working with when she took on the task of helping me find my dream home. She never let me know until we went under contract a few days ago. I was floored that we had worked together for over 4 months and I never knew there were others she was being equally attentive to all while balancing a family. She is the definition of BGM ( black girl magic). Anyone who has the pleasure to work with Tanzania is blessed beyond measure. Doesn’t matter if you go see 2 houses or 200 houses, I pray you recognize the gift given to you in your new found Realtor. Tanzania, this isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later.
