We love Tara! The day we met her, she went way above the call of duty to show us extra kindness and honesty. She won our trust and later did not disappoint! It was clear that she was putting our needs first, and her understanding and empathy allowed her to help us find the rental that was perfect for our family, even with our long list of needs and wants. We came to Jax to find a house, and left without a house, but Tara was as good as our own eyes and ears, long distance, and viewed houses for us with honesty and understanding, and sent us walk thru videos that made us feel we we’re actually in the house. She even went out of her way to view a house in the evening before leaving for vacation the next day. Tara was a huge answer to prayer for us and a godsend! Whether you are local to Jax or trying to find a house long distance, we highly recommend Tara!

A big shout out to Tara Belanger of RE/MAX Unlimited who was my real estate agent for the home purchase in St Augustine, FL. From her informative video of the St Augustine and Nocatee area which was how we found her for our home search through the close out process, the support, communication, and all around knowledge of this process was first class. We were building a new home and were out of town buyers. As such getting detailed updates on a regular basis was challenging, however Tara on many occasions traveled to the in progress build, established a rapport with the project manager overseeing the build and provided comprehensive updates on the home. Her approach to take contiguous video snippets which were easier to text of each area of the home made me feel as if I had just done the walk through during each of her visits. Her wealth of knowledge through the build process, her knowledge of local businesses for things that needed to be done upon moving in was like having a personal concierge that was always available. The thing I appreciated the most was Tara’s responsiveness for any questions I had and her proactive approach to provide information or a progress update on the home. I highly recommend Tara to any of you prospective home buyers as your Real Estate agent - first class support and first class person!!! I am a very happy FL home owner. Sunil S

What a year it’s been looking at homes in Nocatee with Tara, we are very fortunate to have chosen her as our realtor. Our move from NJ wasn’t easy .. it was our home we lived in for 20 years so to say we were nervous is an understatement. Tara always put our minds at ease and walked us through the process-step by step. Right now is a very hard time to buy or sell a house with inventory so low, but Tara found us a house and had it under contract within 24 hours. Her confidence and knowledge made our move to FL much easier. Moving is always a challenge for a family but having her a phone call away was a real peace of mind. Tara was so responsive! Probably the most responsive agent I have ever had. She diligently searched for properties and set-up showings quickly, turning around many options for us. We had previously searched for a home without an agent unsuccessfully for 6 months. With Tara, we were in a new home in weeks! She protected our negotiations, made fruitful recommendations, and was very honest about what was worth pushing for and what we should let drop. I contacted Tara to help us find a house. We are moving from Minnesota to Florida. She was the first realtor I contacted who stayed in the price range I gave her. She asked a lot of questions. We communicated via email up until we arrived to Florida to look at the houses we picked out. She scheduled us to look at 10 houses in one day, our request. We had 5 kids with us, she was patient. She answered all the questions we had. We found "our" house. She wrote our offer up and worked with the sellers agent to get the deal done. Since the accepted offer she has gone above and beyond anything I thought possible. She has helped us by being available for the inspection and a refrigerator delivery! Above and Beyond! She is a gift, a blessing and I am 100% confident in her abilities. You cannot go wrong with Tara!
