Tara Gault

Tara is an experienced interior decorator, licensed contractor and renovator as a co-owner in a company she founded with her husband. She is no stranger to getting her hands dirty and brings that same blue collar work ethic to every Delavan Realty transaction. This penchant for a job well done, correctly, is exactly what you would want in an agent who is relentless in her pursuit to help each client reach and exceed their real estate goals.

Tara, a native of Beaverton, OR, has spent the majority of her career buying and reselling homes throughout the Portland metro area, which has equipped her with an uncompromised lay of the land. Her firsthand knowledge of what to expect coupled with her mastery in negotiation skills fuels her burning desire to see her clients maximize their dreams of ownership. Tara flourishes working with first-time home buyers and investors while simultaneously specializing in foreclosures, auction properties and rural acreage.

Tara loves all things PDX and together with her husband, Lance, share the joy of raising their young son. On any given weekend you can find them hiking, shredding the mountain, exploring a new local eatery or simply enjoying themselves with family and friends.
