Tara was a pleasure to work with. She was on top of everything and always reminded us when something was due. She was diligent when it caming to communicating between us and the sellers. We have used Tara for many business real estate transactions in the past and she is always consistent with her performance. This past real estate purchase was for our family home and she was always available to show us homes and worked with us on scheduling the visits. When we decided to make the offer on our home Tare had the offer submit right away and was efficient with updates through out the process. I cannot say enough about how hard working and invested Tara was in helping me sell my family home. This was an estate situation and very involved. I live in Minnesota so even more difficult.

We met Tara at the open house that she was holding for her sellers. We came looking to work directly with sellers realtors after being passed up on 11 prior offers. When we fell in love with the house, Tara was more than willing to represent us as well. At no point did I feel that Tara had the best interest of anyone other than us in mind. It would have been very easy for her to guide us in directions that were best suited for her buyers but that was never the case. Tara always made us feel like her priority. Tara was always open and honest in communications and very quick to respond to our questions. Tara was really just a joy from the time we met her until we signed the paperwork and continues to answer any questions that we have. Thank you, Tara, for such a wonderful home buying experience!!!

Tara was very sweet. From the beginning she was very easy to work with. I had to deal with something I knew nothing about and she made it very easy and did everything she could so I didn't have to. She was very respectful as I was going thru a heartbreaking time. I would recommend her to anyone. If I every think of selling my home she is who I would call to be my agent. I think she deserves more than 5 stars. She was the best. Thank you Tara.

Our family had to sell our parents home rather rapidly. My mother had passed and my father, now in his 90’s, had to reside in assisted living. The house had great bones and was in a great neighborhood but needed many improvements including a roof, kitchen, and a bathroom. We needed the house sold quickly and for a certain dollar amount. Tara was so very persistent and professional throughout the entire process, especially when the buyers’ lawyer proved to be difficult. She never gave up or gave in and sold the house within our time frame and for the dollar amount we requested. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Tara to anyone looking to pursue a real estate transaction.

As a first time homebuyer, I knew I wanted a house. That is it. I had no idea about the process, who to hire, what will be needed, or any type of timeline. Thankfully, I had Tara by my side every step of the way. Her knowledge and connections in this field are very impressive and made the whole process very easy. Tara is amazing, we hit the jackpot when we decided to have her as our realtor. She's always very professional, responsive, caring, and we felt like we were her only clients so much attention she gave us. Always upfront, realistic and really working and advocating for us. As first time buyers she helped us seeing what we couldn't see or didn't know yet when looking for a new home, and she helped us make sure the entire process ran as smoothly as possible.
