About Tara

Tara Lyall is a real estate matchmaker who loves helping buyers find their perfect homes and sellers achieve record-breaking sales, all while guiding them along the way. A proud New Smyrna Beach native and resident, she has consistently ranked in the top 5% of agents registered with the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® since 2017. She performs her job with enthusiasm, achieving outstanding results for her clients while making it feel seamless for them. Her goal is to ensure their trust and happiness well beyond closing.

Since earning her license in 2015, Tara has helped hundreds of clients from all backgrounds to buy, sell, and invest in real estate, and she prides herself on creating generational wealth for her clients. She earned her first listing by knocking on the door of a home for sale by the owner. After representing the buyer as well as the seller and closing over the asking price at $1.2 million, she was hooked. She spent the next two years as a buyer’s agent, learning the tricks of the trade and closing hundreds of transactions. In addition to her longtime sales exposure and considerable number of successful, high-stakes negotiations, Tara draws from her business and marketing education to offer an even greater real estate experience. Her calm, cool, and collected personality paired with her confidence, assertiveness, and poised wit are exactly what one would hope for in a real estate agent.

Every client and transaction are unique, and there is no job too small or project too big for Tara. She is as enthusiastic about collaborating with people through their financial situations as she is about their property needs. Her full-scope service includes design, staging, building assistance, and full-scope marketing, as well as new construction expertise. She also has ample personal experience to draw from, having owned and operated vacation rentals and having built her house from the ground up as a contractor.

A true Floridian, Tara knows how to take advantage of local living and enjoys boating, fishing, frequenting the beach, and everything Volusia County has to offer. Her husband is a private sport-fishing yacht captain, and the family escapes to his boat when they can. Tara also volunteers for the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® Special/Community Events Committee, raising money for local schools and families in need.
