Tara is an amazing and personable realtor she helped us sell our home recently and even with us already being relocated out of the area she did not skip a beat! We met and discussed our options and how to go about the process and three days after we went on the market we had an accepted offer. She even took care of staging the whole house for pictures, came over and watered our plants, and checked on things when she could since we weren’t around. She also kept us updated through the whole process of selling and we could always ask questions or reach out if needed. Tara is a freaking amazing realtor!! Hubby and I had to sell our house in a hurry for his job and I was so worried it was going to be a really stressful process but Tara is awesome at what she does and took care of ANY worries I had! 10/5 would highly recommend Tara! Our move was a long distance move that had to happen much faster than originally planned due to my cancer diagnosis. With a short timeline we had no room to mess around or waste time. Tara helped every step of the way making sure to point out things we would have never even thought of. She did virtual showings and was honest and open with us about every property we looked at. It wasn’t just about a sale to her, it was about finding our new forever home that truly fit our families need and matched exactly what we were looking for. She went to bat for us and negotiated a price that was satisfactory for us and made sure that all the t’s were crossed and i’s were dotted. She was in constant communication and gave it to us straight from start to finish. From the small details to the large ones Tara knew and figured it all out. It felt like we hit bumps at every turn (on our end, not hers) but Tara helped figure things out that truly weren’t even part of her “job description “. She spoke with our lender and helped make sure everything was in order on that end and showed up to our closing with lots of “congratulations” and a even a gift. Tara was amazing to work with. This market was SO difficult to shop in, and she was so patient and kind and super knowledgeable in so many things! I am in the process of becoming a single mother of 4 and I didn't know where to start. She took me on with open arms and pointed me in the right direction lending. I can't even tell you how many houses I looked at. She never made me feel like a burden, even when I looked at house I probably knew wouldn't work, but had to see just in case.
I was extremely impressed with how much she knew and could explain things to me so I would understand why things were or were not an issue. She met or exceeded my every need and was truly there to represent me. I went into a house thinking it was going to be a good fit and I walked away thankful for escaping all the challenges I would be facing with each one. She could of easily sold me one of those houses, but she wanted to make sure I didn't regret my purchase.
During that process, I became unsure if I was just being too picky, but she reassured me I was doing the right thing. I couldn't of done this without her. Now I'm on my way to closing on a great home and feel confident that I am providing a wonderful home for my children.

Tara is amazing. She's friendly, knowledgeable and able to communicate that knowledge in simple, plain english. She was always available and worked tirelessly to get me in to see houses. She went above and beyond in the process, not only in the viewing phase but after the offer was made, setting up the inspections, offering help and advice on financing and most importantly, she was a pitbull when the potential seller and seller's agents were being uncooperative.

She was with me when I put in a first offer and helped me get out of that offer when the inspection failed to meet the required standards. She got the inside scoop on my sellers situation and provided extra information which helped influence my offer on my dream home.

It was refreshing to deal with a real estate agent who I felt had my best interest at heart.

Tara is an incredible buyers agent! Tara’s first priority was always us. She’s honest and wanted to make sure the houses met our criteria and price, never pushing us to houses we could not afford. Making large decisions so quickly can be very emotional, but she helped to focus us so we didn’t loose sight of our needs.
The post-COVID real estate market is not for the amateur. When houses are moving within 24 hours, you need an agent like her who will drop everything to show you houses at anytime, even when you live 5 hours away, like us. In-person, virtual, showing family members houses for us….she did it all!
When it came time to write an offer, she searched out the sellers preferences, so that we could structure an offer that was appealing to them. She was incredibly quick and efficient, and we were able to get the house we loved on our first try!

I'm at a loss for words really. Tara was not our first realtor, but man, do I wish she was.

She has been beyond amazing. She is super responsive, hard working, knowledgeable, caring, and overall the best there is out there. We came into this market with little money and a list of requirements that made it difficult to find a house. But with in just 2 months, we got an accepted offer on a house. We were with our last realtor for almost a year and never got that kind of effort or care.

We also are working with appleton housing authority for first time homebuyers and she never shied away from us. She took that challenge and made it not only work, but a lot easier to deal with.

I really can't say enough about how much we appreciate and admire Tara. She goes well beyond her job to get the most for you. I would 100% reccomend her no questions asked. You really can't do better than her.
