Tara was a pleasure to work with. I contacted Tara as soon as I decided to sell my 4 bedroom home after 31 years. Tara always delivered what she promised, was always available any time of day or night, and had an incredible understanding of all aspects of the downsizing process. I was so impressed with her ability to guage the best time to sell, her keen interior design suggestions for optimal staging, and her familiarity with so many of the the players that facilitated the sale such as an expert photographer, efficient real estate law firm, dependable septic contractor and helpful junk removal contractor. If there were any glitches, and fortunately there were very few, she helped me keep my cool and together we figured out the solutions. My house sold the first weekend it was listed and sold well above the listing price. Tara's hard work, thorough knowledge of all aspects of the market, and warm and friendly personality made the sale so much less stressful than I had expected it to be. Tara Rahmy assisted us with buying and selling our homes. Tara is a genius in her field. She assisted us with staging our home and has excellent interior design skills. She gave us a very accurate estimate of our home value. Tara is a wealth of information for businesses associated with home sales such as lawyers, inspectors, contractors, etc. Tara hired an excellent photographer who was able to virtually stage our home and prepare layout diagrams of the floor plan. Tara explained all the legal nuances of offers and contracts to us in simple terms. Tara responded very quickly to text and emails even during off-hours. She is also a very personable, hardworking, and delightful person to work with. Tara is very professional and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Tara.

The very BEST thing about working with Tara was having an incredibly professional and understanding confidant throughout our entire downsizing! From helping us find and purchase our new smaller home to helping us navigate the process of getting our much loved home of 37 years ready to show and sell... Tara was there for us ... at all hours! We had regular contact with her including many evening and early morning texts. She ALWAYS ALWAYS had OUR best interest at heart!!! I’m emotional and touchy feely.... my husband is all business!
