Tara was such a pleasure to work with! She was very attentive to what we needed in a home and was very quick to inform us when one that fit our needs was up for sale. She was very informative throughout our home buying process and was very involved with showings- pinpointing all of our likes and dislikes. Tara was the realtor that we selected to sell our condo in Shakopee and we could not have asked for a better partner. Not only was she realistic in pricing, with strong data and logic to back up her appraisal but she truly put effort into making sure that the process was simple and straightforward. Tara O'Brien Yunker assisted me in purchasing my Minneapolis condo back in 2009. She clearly left an impression as I contacted her 10 years later to assist in selling my mom's condo in Edina. In August of 2018 I contacted Tara to enlist her assistance in helping my sister and I sell our mom's condo in Edina. Tara's professionalism, knowledge, transparency, honesty and negotiation skills were just as apparent the second time around. She has vast knowledge of the market and the Twin Cities area, two key criteria necessary when listing or trying to sell your home. It took us about 4 months to renovate, all the while Tara stayed in contact and was available if we had any questions. Once we listed the condo, her open availability continued, she was always prompt in her responses and was able to answer and question we had as well as kept us up to date on any showings and feedback. Her willingness to go above and beyond was much appreciated. I will definitely be contacting Tara in the future for any real estate needs!

Little did I realize at that time that it would take far more than marketing and promotion to sell my house. However, it became apparent to me, in the post-offer phase of the selling process that more was needed. I found that Tara provided this “more”, as she guided me through to a satisfactory sale.
